E-commerce Manager – Western Europe

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional E-commerce Manager to lead our online business across Western Europe. This strategic and operational leadership role is key to driving profitable growth, enhancing performance, and shaping the future of our regional e-commerce organisation.

You will act as the central link between regional markets and Global HQ, ensuring alignment while accelerating business performance and operational excellence.

As Regional E-commerce Manager, in close partnership with HQ, you will lead the regional e-commerce strategy, own revenue and volume planning, and drive performance through traffic optimisation and conversion excellence.

You will play a critical role in transforming our e-commerce business towards a more efficient, scalable, and regionally-driven model.

Key Responsibilities:

As this is a new role, you will be responsible for establishing the set-up

Lead the clarification of roles and responsibilities
Define the scope and operating model of the regional e-commerce team
Drive efficiency and cost optimisation through better processes and reduced duplication
Support the transformation towards a stronger West European structure

Define and lead e-commerce strategy & performance

Own the execution of the regional e-commerce strategy
Define and deliver annual revenue and volume targets
Lead traffic generation and conversion optimization (SEO, SEA, Retail Media)
Manage and optimise the e-commerce budget to maximise ROI
Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions
Improve platform performance, UX, and customer experience

Develop omnichannel & operational excellence

Drive omnichannel initiatives and new business models (e.g. second-hand, online parts)
Lead the expansion into new markets
Define regional priorities for platform development and improvements
Ensure operational excellence and compliance with audits and standards
Lead and develop a regional team (Order Management, Customer Support, Media Performance)

About you

Strong and successful experience in e-commerce management at a regional or international level
Strong background in digital marketing, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimisation
Experience in managing P&L in performance-driven environments
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and international teams
Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including HQ and local markets
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Professional Product Specialist - South East

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, energetic Professional Product Specialist with a passion for STIHL products to join our expanding Commercial Solutions team.

This role involves promoting and selling our range of professional products. The role requires a self-starter who enjoys engaging with our customers in various settings, from outdoor events to presenting in a board room. Key responsibilities include demonstrating product features, providing expert advice, and building strong customer relationships. You will have a keen interest in battery technology and the development of our products of the future. This position offers the opportunity to combine a love for machinery and the outdoors with a rewarding sales career.

Operating across the South (particularly the South East), this role work closely with the Sales team and the dealer network.

What you'll be doing

Demonstrate STIHL products, to dealers, prospects, large end-users and local authorities.
Liaise directly with relevant teams regarding customer requirements and requests.
Participate in trade and regional shows to promote STIHL product solutions.
Develop detailed knowledge of battery product range/understand the training requirements.
Support sales growth in parts and accessories with the pro large end-users.
Support sales in the commercial market for STIHL Connected.
Maintain records using sales management system.

About you

Experience of STIHL products and working in the garden machinery or power tool industry.
Confident presenter, with the ability to communicate effectively and build commercial relationships.
Effective time management and planning.
Self-motivated and target oriented.
MS Office skills and competent in the use of business systems.
Driving licence and willingness to travel extensively with nights away.
