KEY ACCOUNT Manager – SOUTH EAST
The purpose of this role is to develop and execute the Key Account sales strategy to deliver revenue and unit sales targets, and grow market share.
As Key Account Manager you will be instrumental in developing new business opportunities within the defined Key Accounts, working closely with our internal team, across departments, to provide an exceptional customer experience, including designing and delivering solutions for Key Account customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve or exceed sales targets in all product segments across Key Accounts
- Working strategically to ensure long term sales performance
- Develop standards within the Key Accounts in terms of product knowledge, showroom displays, stocking range, and the development of product experts
- Implement a detailed Key Account business plan for each assigned dealer to clearly demonstrate a solid understanding of their needs and requirements to maximise growth
- To achieve the sales team KPIs as agreed with the Channel Manager OMNI/EBP
- Optimise use of OneCRM
- Compliance with Company Policies
- Work in a manner consistent with best practice Health and Safety
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- An experienced sales professional with experience of managing and growing Key Accounts
- The ideal candidate has relevant industry/product experience working with a dealer network
- A strategic mind-set, understanding business needs, and identifying new opportunities and developing business plans
- Ability to align STIHL’s objectives with the customers objectives
- A sound understanding of online selling and other sales channels
- Strong project management skills
- Experience of bringing together multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions for customers.
- The ability to drive change with solution-based thinking
- The candidate must live within the territory (south east England)
- Full driving licence and willing to travel extensively including nights away

Retail Specialist – Field BASED ROLE
Central England/Midlands with extensive Travel
Are you an innovative, practical person who thrives on providing an excellent service? If you’re looking to join a talented retail development team, come and be part of Business Development at STIHL. We work closely with our Field Sales team, delivering excellent service to our network of dealers and bringing our STIHL retail experience to life.
STIHL is currently recruiting a Retail Specialist, to support our Business Development team. This role is field based with extensive travel. Due to the geography of our customer base, you will ideally be based between Leicester and York, and able to travel widely throughout the country from your home base, including to our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey.
In this role you will help us to deliver STIHL’s market leading retail strategy and grow the STIHL brand through innovative display solutions.
Your role
Every member of the Business Development team is an integral part of everything STIHL delivers, and you will be no exception. Reporting to the Dealership Development Lead, your role will involve travelling to customers’ retail outlets to install and modify STIHL’s retail display systems. The role involves:
- Visiting dealers to construct and update shop systems to optimise their retail opportunity
- Advising on prime positioning of STIHL displays
- Improving merchandising to be more visually appealing to customers
- Assisting with training dealers in the demonstration and effective sale of products
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Building strong relationships with dealers
About you
- You will be active and energetic with enthusiasm for practical roles and outdoor activities
- Happy to work on your own as well as part of a team
- You will have a full driving license and will be willing to travel extensively with frequent nights away
- You will be dynamic and have previous experience of working in a retail, events or marketing environment where you have gained practical knowledge of planning shop layouts, product promotion, setting up displays and presenting to retailers/customers
- You will have confidence to generate and present ideas and concepts to the team as well as influence your customers
- You will have a passion for customer service and strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to problem solve

Performance Marketing Specialist – Western Europe
Based in Camberley, Surrey
STIHL is currently recruiting a Performance Marketing Specialist – Western Europe to support our e-commerce team. Based in Camberley, Surrey, you will play a key role in planning, operating and optimising lower-funnel performance marketing campaigns across Western Europe. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will help ensure performance activities align with STIHL’s wider campaign objectives and revenue targets.
Your role
Every member of the Marketing team is an integral part of everything STIHL delivers, and you will be no exception. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, your role will involve:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies aligned with STIHL’s media and e-commerce goals
- Translating strategic objectives into actionable, KPI-driven performance measures across markets
- Managing and optimising lower-funnel campaigns across Search, Shopping (PLA), Social, Display, Retargeting, CSS and Affiliate Marketing
- Ensuring consistent execution and quality across Western European markets
- Analysing campaign results, identifying improvement opportunities and deriving actionable recommendations
- Monitoring KPIs including ROAS, AOV, CVR and CAC to ensure decisions are data-driven
- Developing and maintaining standardised reporting for internal stakeholders
- Preparing insights and presenting results in a clear and actionable way
- Managing performance budgets to ensure efficient, KPI-based spend
- Coordinating the creation and delivery of advertising assets
- Leading and steering performance and affiliate marketing agencies across Western Europe
- Collaborating with e-commerce, paid media and other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign integration
About you
You will be proactive, structured and accountable, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for performance marketing. You will be comfortable working independently while collaborating with international teams and external partners. You will have:
- A strong background in performance marketing or data-driven online marketing, ideally within an e-commerce environment
- Experience managing digital channels such as Search, Social, Display, Shopping and Affiliate Marketing
- A solid understanding of analytics tools and performance data structures
- Confidence managing budgets, KPIs, reporting and stakeholder communications
- The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and fluent English; additional European languages would be an advantage
- A goal-oriented, customer-centric and strategic mindset
- Experience with feed management or product data optimisation would be beneficial.

Regional E-commerce Order Management & Operations Specialist - Western Europe

Working closely with local markets, logistics partners and support teams, you’ll help deliver a seamless customer journey across Western Europe.
Your role
Every member of the e-commerce team is an integral part of everything STIHL delivers, and you will be no exception. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, your role will involve:
- Monitoring open B2C orders and complaints, ensuring timely escalation where required
- Tracking and securing seamless order flows across e-commerce systems, including Hybris, SAP, OMS, WMS, carriers and external logistics providers
- Performing daily checks on data transfers, deliveries and blocked stock
- Identifying, reporting and troubleshooting system incidents impacting the order cycle
- Providing fulfilment performance updates to management and relevant business units
- Conducting availability checks of B2C products and suggesting stock adjustments
- Supporting logistics forecasting through shipping volume estimates
- Working closely with local subsidiaries, central departments and external partners to resolve order-related issues
- Compiling fulfilment performance reports and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
- Supporting goods availability for planned commercial events and promotions
- Handling escalated web-related customer cases requiring deeper business expertise
- Acting as the key contact for first-level customer support teams
- Maintaining knowledge bases, SOPs and training support teams on process updates
- Monitoring SLAs, KPIs and case-handling performance
- Supporting bug reporting, root-cause analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives
About you
You will be proactive, organised and capable of balancing multiple priorities. You will enjoy solving problems, investigating operational issues and working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will have:
- Proven experience in E-commerce Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain or Advanced Customer Operations
- Strong familiarity with e-commerce systems and tools, including SAP, SAP Hybris, OMS, WMS and support or ticketing systems
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate data, measure KPIs and identify root causes of operational issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively with support providers, logistics partners, local markets and IT teams
- Fluency in English; an additional regional language would be desirable
- A positive and proactive approach to continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
