TERRITORY MANAGER - NORTH WEST
ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY
The purpose of the role is to regularly visit STIHL dealers and drive sales in line with Company targets. The role is field based and responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to deliver revenue, achieve sales targets, and grow market share
- Develop new and existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Develop standards in the territory to ensure STIHL product knowledge, showroom displays and stocking range
- Develop strong long-term profitable business partnerships with dealers
- Negotiate trading terms and drive promotions to achieve targets
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an experienced and high calibre sales professional with the communication skills and commercial ability to represent the STIHL brand. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- A talent for sales, including a proven track-record in achieving sales targets
- Commercial acumen, combined with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- An ability to build strong working relationships and deliver results
- A self-starter with the motivation and drive to operate effectively in a field-based role
- Microsoft office and OneCRM skills
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory, including nights away

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY
The purpose of the role is to perform the company's regular financial reporting tasks. We are looking for a maternity cover to be based at our company head office in Camberley, Surrey. Responsibilities include:
- Statutory reporting and liaison with the external Auditors
- Responsible for the HMRC matters of the company, including reporting.
- Preparation of monthly accounts and quarterly consolidated accounts for submission to Group Head Office
- Treasury management and cash flow forecasting.
- Assisting Financial Controller in general accounting matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the preparation of the year end Statutory Accounts, with responsibility for managing the audit process with the external Auditors.
- Responsibility for the HMRC / Customs matters of the business, including VAT, Corporation Tax and PAYE.
- Preparation of Quarterly Consolidated Accounts.
- Management of the Treasury processes, including relevant reporting and forecasting.
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts, with particular responsibility for the accounting of accruals and prepayments.
- Support the Finance team in the management and development of internal controls and processes. Assist with the preparation of the Annual Plan.

Professional Product Specialist - South
ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, energetic Professional Product Specialist with a passion for STIHL products, to join our expanding Commercial Solutions team.
This role involves promoting and selling our range of professional products. The role requires a self-starter who enjoys engaging with our customers in various settings, from outdoor events to presenting in a board room. Key responsibilities include demonstrating product features, providing expert advice, and building strong customer relationships. You will have a keen interest in battery technology, robotics and the development of our products of the future. This position offers the opportunity to combine a love for machinery and the outdoors with a rewarding sales career.
Operating across the South, this role works closely with the Sales team and the dealer network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate STIHL products to dealers, prospects, large end-users and local authorities.
- Liaise directly with relevant teams regarding customer requirements and requests.
- Participate in trade and regional shows to promote STIHL product solutions.
- Develop detailed knowledge of battery product range/understand the training requirements.
- Support sales growth in parts and accessories with professional large end users.
- Support sales in the commercial market for STIHL Connected.
- Maintain records using our sales management system.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience of STIHL products and working in the garden machinery or power tool industry would be advantageous
- Confident presenter, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Effective time management and planning
- Self-motivated and target oriented
- MS Office skills and competent in the use of business systems
- Driving licence and willingness to travel extensively with nights away
