We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Intern for a 12-month paid work placement starting in June / July 2026.

Working within our fast-paced team, this role would suit a marketing or business degree student seeking a hands-on year in industry. The successful candidate will be working across a wide range of marketing and other commercial activities, providing the chance to learn on the job, whilst making a valuable contribution to STIHL’s Marketing team.

What you’ll be doing

Content – help support marketing campaigns aimed at consumers, professional customers and approved dealers. STIHL works across a wide range of channels including TV, digital, ecommerce, social media and influencer partners.
Product launches – support development of assets to launch new products including web copy, social media campaigns, plus retail and event support materials.
Events – assist in co-ordination of shows and events and support activities around our own extreme sports series, STIHL TIMBERSPORTS!
A wide range of general marketing support – coordinate product loans, marketing offers, competitions and respond to external marketing enquiries. Each day is different, and we expect everyone to roll-up their sleeves to get the job done!

About you…

Currently studying a relevant degree i.e. marketing, communications, business management.
Passionate for developing a career in marketing.
Creativity and willingness to contribute your ideas.
Strong organisation and communication skills.
Practical attitude and willingness to work across all marketing projects.
Happy to work unsociable hours e.g. some weekends and overnight stays.
Full UK driving licence.

Salary: circa £24,000
Working week: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday, lieu days for weekends worked
